Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**This is not a solicitation. The government intends to issue a solicitation around February 13, 2026.** The Contractor shall provide and install twenty Arjo brand overhead-mounted patient lift systems for use throughout the medical facility. Each system shall include ceiling- or wall-mounted tracks, lift units, motors, structural supports, and all required components to integrate with the existing building structural or roof system. The Contractor shall furnish and install complete XY or H-track configurations with continuous charging capability, with layouts based on the needs of each designated room. Work includes delivery, installation, mounting, alignment, testing, and verification that each system is fully functional and safely integrated into the facility structure. Definitization of equitable adjustments for any change orders issued under the resulting contract shall follow FAR 52.243-5 (Changes and Changed Conditions), VAAR 852.243-70 (Construction Contract Changes Supplement), and applicable procedures in FAR 43, VAAR 843, and VAAM M843. The Contracting Officer will render final decisions for matters not addressed by regulation or policy. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. At the time of quote submission and at award, offerors must represent that they qualify as SDVOSB/VOSB under the assigned NAICS code and must be certified in the SBA certification database. Eligibility requirements include compliance with 13 CFR Parts 121, 125, and 128, the nonmanufacturer rule, limitations on subcontracting, and required certifications. Joint ventures must meet requirements under 13 CFR Part 128. Businesses determined to have willfully misrepresented SDVOSB/VOSB status are subject to statutory debarment.
