Start of construction for Summer 2026 is Friday June 12, 2026. Date of substantial completion to be Friday, August 14, 2026. 2. Summer 2027 - Roof Area F as shown on Cover Sheet and drawing included at end of this Summary of Work. Start of construction for Summer 2027 is Friday June 11, 2027. Date of substantial completion to be Friday, August 13, 2027. Scope of Work: o Provide all engineering drawings, permits, documents and fees required by CMS and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the completion of this project. o Provide Project Manager with permit numbers and include permit numbers on invoicing. o Provide all rigging necessary for the task, safety precautions, utility locating services etc. o Contractor will be responsible for moving and restoring any utilities disturbed. o Contractor will field verify project. o Provide Allowance in Bid in the amount indicated in Spec. Section 012100. o Provide Unit Prices in Bid per Unit Price Schedule. o Install equipment to manufacturer's recommendations. o MWSBE forms must accompany bids in order to be considered for project
