The project consists of the replacement of Stroh, Custer, and Wilson Bridges over Deckers Brook in Windsor, CT. The work includes removing the existing superstructure and replacing it with a new steel or timber superstructure, accommodating pedestrian access. Bidders are required to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the execution of the project. Bids must be executed in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the sealed bid or proposal is delivered prior to the deadline. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town of Windsor.
