Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) are invited from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms for design-phase and construction services for Fire Station No. 708, located within the Floreo village of the Teravalis master-planned community in Buckeye, Arizona. The project will be developed and delivered by the Developer, with the City of Buckeye Fire Department assuming responsibility only upon completion and turnover of the facility. Selection is based solely on qualifications, with no pricing or fee information to be submitted at this stage. SOQs are to be evaluated and scored by a selection panel, with interviews conducted if necessary, and the top-ranked firm will be selected for contract negotiations. The Developer reserves the right to cancel or modify the solicitation. Fire Station No. 708 is anticipated to include, at a minimum: o Site & Civil Improvements o Site grading, on-site utilities, drainage, and water/sewer connections consistent with City of Buckeye Engineering Design Standards. o Public and secure staff parking, apparatus circulation, and paved aprons meeting City fire apparatus load and turning requirements. o On-site and off-site improvements required by the City, such as street frontage, sidewalks, street lighting, and any traffic control elements specific to the station frontage. o Fire Station Building (14,000 SF - to be refined during design) o Apparatus bays for approximately four [4] City fire/EMS vehicles. o Turnout gear storage, SCBA and decontamination spaces. o Watch office, report writing, and administrative offices. o Kitchen, day room, fitness room, sleeping quarters, lockers, and ADAcompliant restrooms. o Training/multipurpose room and associated support spaces. o Mechanical, electrical, communications, and IT rooms. o Ancillary Facilities o Emergency generator and related electrical infrastructure meeting City resiliency requirements. o Potential fueling facilities (if included in scope). o Perimeter security fencing, access control, and station signage compatible with City standards and Teravalis branding guidelines.
