Project has been Rebid Description Flint Parking Ramp - Fire Suppression Question Deadline 02/19/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Please do not submit online questions via VSS. ALL questions should be emailed to George Ananich at ananichg@michigan.gov The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is seeking professional services for the replacement of the dry fire suppression system in the Flint parking ramp lower level. This includes piping, dry valves, a new air compressor, and all other associated fire suppression equipment. The fire alarm system shall remain and is not to be included in the suppression replacement project. The piping is beyond design life and has failed in several areas. The system is no longer in service due to constant failures. The PSC shall consult with the DTMB project director and the DTMB fire crew when designing the new system to ensure it meets DTMB design requirements.
