Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Flooring Project at Triphahn Center. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on February 12, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted. Bid documents can be obtained from the Hoffman Estates Park District website. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids, and all contractors working for the District are encouraged to utilize minority businesses, subcontractors, and suppliers. Flooring (freight included) Cove Base (freight included) Demo of existing flooring Haul Away and Disposal Relocating furniture Installation of flooring (skim coat included) Installation of cove base The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor and materials to complete the scope of work. o Remove, haul away and dispose of existing flooring. o Move all necessary furniture and put back in its original place. o Skim coat to level concrete base if needed. o Installation of new flooring. o All flooring will be glued down. o Install new rubber cove base. o See Specs for floor type. o 7700 Square Feet of flooring.
