**As of March 17, 2026, the project was awarded to Be Cool Heating & Air Conditioning, with an awarded amount of $63,446.50** The selected contractor shall perform the following tasks for the replacement of the Football and Baseball Scoreboards at Garber High School: For the Football Stadium Scoreboard: o Removal and Disposal: o Remove and properly dispose of the existing football scoreboard and beams. o Supply and Installation: o Furnish and install one new scoreboard and beams o The football scoreboard shall be LED with all-white digits and letters. The scoreboard shall be 24'x8'x8" (LxHxW) and light blue or Carolina blue in color. o The scoreboard shall contain the following: o Aluminum decorative truss arch 4'x24' (4'H-24'W) o Non-illuminated outdoor sign (24'Wx2'H) o Logo for decorative truss (5'x5') o Controller (both wired and wireless) o Receiver (wireless for outdoor scoreboards) o Control carrying case o Custom home caption in place of standard-outdoor
