Renovation of an educational facility in Orland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Orland School District 135, for the 2026 Renovations at Park Elementary School project. Lump sum bid proposals are required. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Ted Schulz, Director of Buildings and Grounds, Orland School District 135. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount must accompany the bid. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages for public works and must meet Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Bidding documents may be obtained upon receipt of a deposit or a non-refundable fee if only digital files are requested. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities, and make the award in the best interest of the District.
