Replacement of an existing corrugated metal culvert with 48 linear feet of precast reinforced concrete 88'x54' arch pipe. The project also includes 78 linear feet of 18-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), roadway asphalt patching, erosion control, sodding, and traffic control. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required in order for a general contractor to submit a bid on this project. If any bidder contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineer/Architect or Construction Manager, as the case may be, a written request for an interpretation thereof at least ten (10) days prior to bid opening or as otherwise proscribed in the bid documents.
