Question Deadline 02/23/2026 The work consists of constructing a new restroom and maintenance storage building with shelter, a new parking lot, new trails, associated site, grading, utility, native restoration work, and landscape work. Bids must be made on the forms provided in the contract documents and accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or an acceptable bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the Town of Avon, Indiana. All bidders are highly encouraged to visit the project sites prior to bidding. The bidder must supply all information required by the bid proposal form. Liquidated damages for delay will be as provided in the bid proposal. Work hours will be as provided in the technical specifications. Partial payment will be made monthly based on approved payment submittal requests. The contractor and all subcontractors are required to comply with all required Federal and State labor regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity, E-Verify, Non-segregated Facilities, and Affirmative Action requirements. The Town of Avon, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids. Bids may be held by the Town of Avon, Indiana, for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
