Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 94 will be received for furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation. The project is located in Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 94 at 1424 1/2 Spring Trails Bend, Spring, Texas 77386. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted electronically The work consists of, but is not limited to: o Wet well concrete mortar repairs and new protective coatings. o Replacement of the riser piping, valves, fittings, and supports inside the wet well, including protective coatings. o Replacement of the protective coating on the piping inside the valve vault. o Replacement of the existing electrical service rack and meter. o Replacement of the existing control panel, including above ground conduit and fittings, grounding, partial duct bank and wiring, terminal boxes at the lift station, and installation of new wet well seals and cable grips. o Bypass pumping during the required wet well and valve vault rehabilitation.
