Scope of Services This scope outlines the work required for the removal of Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) along the SBX route. All activities will be performed during non-operational hours (Sundays) to avoid disruption to service. This scope outlines the work required for the removal of Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) along the SBX route. All activities will be performed during non-operational hours (Sundays) to avoid disruption to service. Tasks to be Completed: o Electrical Disconnection and Removal: o D-e energize and confirm all power to the TVM circuit is turned off. o Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures o Disconnect and terminate all electrical and data connections o Pull all wiring back to the electrical panel. o TVM Removal: o Remove all existing TVMs from the platform. o Transport the removed units to the designated Omnitrans facility. o Structural Modifications: o Cut six (6) all-thread studs flush with the existing concrete decking. o Remove existing dry-packed concrete around the TVM bases as necessary. o Site Restoration and Cleaning: o Power wash and clean the entire platform area post-removal. o Ensure the site is left in a safe, clean, and presentable condition. o Electrical Box Protection: o Secure and properly cover all exposed electrical boxes located beneath the former TVM installations. o Drop off locations for TVM's o 234 South I St. San Bernardino, CA 92411 o This is a prevailing wage project, and a licensed electrical contractor is required Scheduling Requirements: All work must be performed on Sundays only, in alignment with SBX route non-operational days.
