Construction Manager at Risk services are requested for an Outdoor Food Services Kitchen and Dining Building at Maryvale High School. The project will take place on the Maryvale High School campus in Phoenix, Arizona. Firms are instructed not to visit the site or contact the Principal or site staff to avoid disrupting the education process. Firms may collect data by driving by the site or using legal means available via the internet. Site visits and tours will not be conducted. Qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and the Offeror's name and address clearly indicated. All statements of qualifications must be legibly written in ink or typewritten, and additional instructions for preparing qualifications are provided in the solicitation. NOTE FOR HAND-DELIVERY OF PROPOSAL: Due to ongoing construction at the District Office parking structure, on-site parking is not available. Vendors who intend to hand-deliver their proposals are advised to plan accordingly and allow additional time to park at the neighboring building located at 4520 N. Central Avenue to meet the proposal submission deadline. Construction estimated to commence in the Summer 2026.
