Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a 742,439-square-foot road / highway.

The project consists of furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, and labor for cleaning and seal coating certain streets and paved areas, including other incidental items of work as called for in Specifications. The seal coat consists of asphalt binder with polymer additive and precoated aggregate cover. Total square yards are specified for each city and county included. For bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award requirements, bidders should refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents are available only through the designated website (https://www.civcastusa.com). Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the designated website. Prospective bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Parkhill Office during normal business hours or as described on the designated website.
