Richard Milburn Academy/Texas, Inc., an open enrollment charter school, is requesting competitive proposals for its planned Fort Worth campus renovation project. The Project consists of interior demolition and renovation of approximately 8,730 SF existing wood framed two-story classroom building. Demolition will include, but may not be limited to, removal of drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems. Hazardous material abatement will be the responsibility of the successful proposer. Renovation work will include, but may not be limited to, drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing modifications. The work will include a modest addition housing an elevator, electrical room and sprinkler riser room.
