Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of 2025 Lift Station Rehabilitation. The work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, bonds and insurance; blasting the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; application of one inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; application of a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; demolition and replacement of the wet well riser pipe bends and Pump No. 1 check and plug valves; blasting and recoating the valve vault piping and valves; installation of a drain flap valve; installation of riser pipe supports; demolition and replacement of a portion of the wet well vent, flange, and screen; crack repair; installation of flap valve on valve vault drain line; installation, rental, and operation of a temporary bypass pumping system; and all else as specified and shown on the construction documents and not specifically addressed in separate bid items, complete, in place for a fully functioning lift station. The Project Site. Lift Station No. 1 is located at 7515 Hudson Oaks Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. Contractor shall not mobilize prior to June 1, 2026. The contractual substantial completion date will be set to July 31, 2026 and to achieve final completion within 30 calendar days from date of the Substantial Completion.
