Construction of a 3.0 million gallon (MG) prestressed concrete ground storage tank (GST) for the City of Midlothian at the Auger Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Construction of a 3.0-million gallon (MG) prestressed concrete ground storage tank (GST) for the City of Midlothian at the Auger Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The project consists of the following components: a. Excavation and backfill for the GST foundation preparation. b. Yard piping to hydraulically connect the GST to the adjacent existing GST. c. Appurtenances and supporting electrical and instrumentation for the GST as shown in the plans. d. All related site/civil work for the project. Alternates include a. Re-coating of 2 existing GSTs. b. Cleaning and re-coating of HSPS. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 570 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 600 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
