EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of BGIS, is inviting Proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the 455 Boulevard de la Carriere (DLC) GC Workplace Fit-up project. The project is located at 455, Boulevard de la Carriere, Gatineau, Quebec J8Y 6V7. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Any questions or requests for clarification during the solicitation period must be submitted in writing by the Proponent to: EllisDon Corporation, 2680 Queensview Drive, Ottawa, ON, K2B 8J9 Attention: Véronique Laflamme via e-mail: vlaflamme@ellisdon.com Supply and installation of all signage for floors 2 through 12. Work must be executed in a partially occupied building. Requirements include sequencing and disruption management, maintaining environmental controls for noise, vibration and dust Based on the current design information, the preliminary estimated cost for the signage scope of work is approximately CAD$200,000.
