Question Acceptance Deadline 04/08/2026 03:30 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bidder shall deposit with his bid a certified check or cash in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the two year total bid price. Should the successful bidder fail to execute the form of contract and furnish the required performance bond and liability insurance within ten (10) days after notice of award, the bid check, bond or cash will be forfeited to the Town of Mamaroneck as liquidated damages. Checks, bonds or cash of unsuccessful bidders will be held until the contract is approved or all bids rejected. The Town of Mamaroneck reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informality in the proposal, as deemed advisable in the interest of the Town.
