Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt and roadway; Earthwork & grading, new roundabout; Storm drainage; Domestic water; Sanitary sewer; Luminaires; Traffic & pedestrian signals; Roadway striping & signage; Landscape and irrigation; Underground/overhead utility coordination. The work will be done under a single contract. In addition, pursuant to City Commission Resolution 5169, the entity awarded a contract under this project and any subcontractors must abide by the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and Section 39-3-104, MCA (the Montana Equal Pay Act), and affirm it will abide by the above and that it has visited the State of Montana Equal Pay for Equal Work "best practices" website, or equivalent "best practices publication and has read the material.
