Sealed combined bids are requested for labor and materials to perform 1st Floor Restrooms and Room 229 Renovations at the Delzell Education Center, University of South Dakota, Vermillion, South Dakota. Bidders are responsible to know site conditions before submitting bids. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying plans and specifications agrees they are for the sole purpose of submitting a bid on the project. The plans and specifications are the sole property of the University and are to be used only for this project. Any copies obtained must be returned or destroyed if the bidder does not submit a bid or is not awarded a contract, according to instructions.
