The City of Burnabys (City) intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors in LED lighting upgrade to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits, and transportation for the replacement of existing lighting to meet the CONCACAF lighting requirements at Swangard Stadium, as further detailed within. Question Deadline: Tue Jul 28, 2026 12:00 PM (PDT) Questions related to the RFP are to be submitted only to purchasing representative through the bids & tenders website Documents are available at: https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca/ Replace the existing stadium lighting fixtures with new energy-efficient LED fixtures to improve energy performance and lighting quality. Work closely with the project consultant throughout the implementation of the lighting upgrades to ensure the work is completed in accordance with the approved design. Improve the aiming and beam control of the lighting fixtures to reduce unnecessary light spill and minimize light pollution. Ensure the upgraded lighting system meets or exceeds the illumination requirements for broadcast-quality events, professional soccer, and applicable CONCACAF standards.
