The Services Required Include the Operation and Maintenance of Eight Outdoor Pool Locations for the Years 2026-2030. All Facilities Must Be Maintained to Provide a Clean, Healthy, and Safe Environment for Visitors and Swimmers, Adhering to Public Aquatic Operation Industry Standards and Current Health Regulations. Duties Include: Furnishing All Labour, Supervision, Transportation, Utilities, Supplies, Chemicals, and Other Services Needed to Fully Open, Operate, Maintain, and Winterize the Pool Facilities. Operation and Maintenance of All Aspects of the Facilities and Making All Day-to-day Decisions Except as Otherwise Provided. Entering Into Contracts Necessary for Opening, Operation, Maintenance, and Closing of the Facilities, Solely on Behalf of the Proponent. Keeping All Records, Statistics, and Accounts in Accordance With Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Providing Adequate Security for the Physical Protection of the Facilities. Repair of Any Damage and Correction or Immediate Removal of Any Hazardous Conditions. Completion of All Other Work Related to the Opening, Operation, Maintenance, and Closing of the Facilities. Maintaining the Facilities in Excellent Repair Per Health and Industry Standards. Maintaining All Equipment and Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Plan and Service Checklist, to Be Approved by the Citys Representative Prior to Opening. Turning Over All Equipment in a Clean, Maintained, Operable, and Safe Manner Upon Termination of the Agreement, and Providing Maintenance Records. Permitting the City to Inspect the Facilities, Programming, Equipment, and Maintenance and Pool Chemistry Records as Needed.
