The project is expected to be awarded on March 24, 2026 Northside ISD is accepting sealed proposals for Fume Hood Replacements at Earl Warren High School, RFCSP #2026-035. The project requires a bid bond and a $50 refundable deposit. All proposals must be delivered to the NISD Purchasing Department, 607 Richland Hills Dr., Ste. 700, SAT 78245, on or before the due date and time. Replace or provide new mechanical equipment, control system, and control logic serving classroom lab and lab prep rooms as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include all general construction, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated on the construction documents. Bid date desp- Obtain construction documents on or after 2/10/2026 from Alderson & Associates, Inc., 9901 I-10, Suite 460, San Antonio, TX 78230, 210-614-1110. Subcontractors and suppliers may obtain up to one (1) set of Proposal Documents from the office of the Consultant upon receipt by Consultant of a deposit, in the form of cash or a check, payable to Consultant in the amount of $100.00 for each set which shall be refundable provided the subcontractor or supplier submits a valid proposal and also provided that the Contract Documents are returned to the Consultant in good condition within ten (10) days after the date of receipt of proposals.
