Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 45,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 60-bed medical facility.
The project consists of the construction of a new, single-level inpatient mental and behavioral health facility in Victoria County, Texas, approximately 45,000 square feet in size, and including up to 60 inpatient beds to serve both forensic patients within the criminal justice system and community members. Construction involves structural steel and CMU for the patient wing, a pre-engineered metal building for other areas, and all associated site, architectural, structural, and MEP work. Bids are requested for all applicable trades, including earthwork, utilities, concrete, structural steel, masonry, roofing, drywall, doors and hardware, specialty and anti-ligature items, flooring, painting, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage systems, and related work.
