Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Bullhead Slough Improvements at US 90A and SH 99, as specified. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 9:00 AM CT Requests for information must be in writing through the Bonfire Portal and directed to: LeAnn Cernoch Senior Buyer LeAnn.Cernoch@fortbendcountytx.gov The scope of work for the above project includes removal of existing concrete pavement, curb, driveway, standard end treatments, storm sewer culverts, fence, and gates. The scope includes proposing three berms located and adjacent to Bullhead Slough or SH 99. This includes the excavation and filling required for the berms, the flap gates, pilot channels, standard end treatments, associated storm sewer and swales. Storm sewer includes 5'x3' box culverts, and 30" reinforced concrete pipe. The scope also includes a proposed driveway with 8" reinforced concrete pavement, permanent traffic control, low-profile concrete barriers, fencing and gates. Traffic control, permanent signing and storm water pollution prevention are included as a part of the scope for this project. Contractor to ensure he or she is familiar with the Utility Summary Package included in the project manual. The Utility Summary Package includes information on contact personnel regarding the various utilities to remain.
