Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions and must include a bid security in the amount of $66,400. For Wicks Exempt Projects, a completed form BDC 59 (Wicks Exempt List of Contractors) must be submitted as specified. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount (estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000), are required.
