The project involves the rehabilitation of the dishwashing room at Purchase College, State University of New York (SUNY), under project number SU031026. All work must be completed within 130 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted in duplicate according to instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security in an amount not less than five percent of the Total Bid is required for each bid. It is expected that contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers will cooperate in supporting minority and women business enterprise participation, with set goals of 11% for minority business enterprises and 19% for women business enterprises. There is also a 6% goal for service-disabled veteran-owned business participation. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. There will be a Question Period from February 3, 2026 through February 17, 2026, C.O.B.
