Project Scope: Competitive Seal Proposal for the replacement of the Boilers and related systems and equipment serving NRG Park within the existing Boiler Plant. Planned Award February 18, 2026 Questions Due - 01-30-2026 , Questions, clarifications, and requests for additional information regarding the Proposal Documents must be submitted in writing, via email, to Jacob Frazelle at hcsccprocurement@nrgpark.com no later than the date and time indicated at the top of page 1 of this document. All questions will be answered by written addendum and provided to all Proposers. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: A. The purpose of this Contract is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to HCSCC for the replacement of boilers and ancillary systems and equipment serving NRG Park. This work is to be all complete, operational and in place in accordance with the drawings and specifications. B. In the event of conflicts within the construction documents not clarified by addendum, the Contractor shall provide the better quality or greater quantity of work. C. On projects with contract price of more than $25,000.00, the Contractor shall provide a construction schedule. The Contractor’s construction schedule will be a bar-type schedule and shall be of sufficient detail to show construction sequence for different items of work. On projects with a contract price of $5,000,000.00 or more, the Contractor shall submit a critical path method (CPM) type schedule showing the sequence of installation for the various components of the work. The construction schedule shall be updated by the Contractor whenever the schedule is impacted.
