Question Deadline 02/13/2026 Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the Plans or Specifications must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, a minimum of 48-hours before the bid opening. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment and perform all work required for the construction of the Horizon Regional Municipal Utility District Injection Well No. 2. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked appropriately. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the necessary bonds within ten days after notice of award. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and payment bond for the full contract price from an approved surety. The right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality is reserved. Bidders are encouraged to examine all documents, visit the site, and fully inform themselves of all conditions affecting the work or its cost. Any discrepancies or doubts should be clarified with the Engineer before submitting a bid. Pre-qualification requirements: Prospective bidders are required to be pre-qualified. Qualification forms included in the specification documents must be returned to the Engineer by the day of the mandatory pre-bid conference.
