San Benito County is requesting quotes from interested certified and licensed bidders for the repair of a leaning street light pole located at Riverview Estates I (CSA 53) as shown in Exhibit A. The scope of work and other details of the project are provided in the attached documents. Services must begin no later than 30 days after award of the contract or the purchase order is issued. When submitting the price quote, please add any applicable taxes, fees, and extra charges. Please indicate whether shipping is included or if it will be an additional cost. Provide all relevant terms and conditions applicable to the sale. Normally, unless stated otherwise, prices should reflect products / services delivered to San Benito County, to the County Department issuing the solicitation.
