**As of April 6th, 2026, the project was awarded to GCA Logging Inc, with an awarded amount of $150,576.93** The Town of Greenville invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for roadside ditching and road repair at various locations within town limits. Work includes excavation, grading, culvert replacement, and road surface rehabilitation, within the specified GPS coordinates as attached. An Alternate bid is also included for Reclaiming, Reshaping and Repaving of a few Town Roads. Contractor shall perform the following: Roadside ditching: clear vegetation, excavate ditches, and restore drainage flow Road repair: Remove and replace gravel and regrading gravel roads Culvert maintenance: replace culverts as specified Traffic control: maintain safe traffic flow throughout work zones The following roads are tentatively scheduled for repairs: East Road Scammon Road Crafts Road Lower Lincoln Steet Marsh Farm Road Spruce Street Varney Road Walden Farm Road Wildberry Lane Exact locations and quantities as attached. Areas of work are identified with flagging tape; pink & green for the start - pink & red for stop. Question Deadline 02/19/2026 The Town of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Town is not responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents in preparing their proposals. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a formal contract with the Town.
