The Contractor will employ good faith efforts to achieve the below-stated M/WBE Goals set for this contract, and will cooperate in any efforts of the Authority, or any government agency which may have jurisdiction, to monitor and assist Contractors compliance with the Authoritys M/WBE program. Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) Subcontracting Goal [15%] Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) Subcontracting Goal [15%] Waivers shall only be considered in accordance with the provisions of Article 15-A of the Executive Law. The Joint Purchasing Board expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept that proposal or portions thereof which are in the best interest of the participating school entities, which it represents.
