The purpose of this solicitation is to receive competitive proposals in order to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. Richland School District Two is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed contractors to provide as-needed, districtwide concrete services. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Richland School District Two is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed contractors to provide as-needed, districtwide concrete services. Services may be required at various school campuses and administrative facilities throughout the District. Awarded contractors will be added to a Qualified Providers List (QPL) the district will use for these services. Pricing shall be firm for the initial year and the first renewal. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year, beginning on the date specified in the official Statement of Award, with the option to automatically renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods unless either party provides, in writing, sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date their intent not to renew. After the initial contract year, price adjustments may be considered upon written request by the contractor; however, any approved adjustment shall not exceed the lesser of two percent (2%) or the most current Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics at the time of the request. The selected contractor(s) shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform concrete installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. All work shall be performed in compliance with: Local, state, and federal building codes ADA requirements District standards and specifications OSHA and all applicable safety regulations There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be ordered under this contract. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis. The District will require at least two (2) quotes from a qualified provider prior to awarding a contract for service.. All services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Services may include, but are not limited to: Installation of new concrete surfaces Replacement, patching, and/or repair of damaged concrete Removal and disposal of existing concrete Pouring, finishing, and curing concrete Installation of sidewalks, slabs, ramps, pads, walkways, steps, and small foundations ADA-compliant slope corrections and ramp installation Concrete resurfacing Curb and gutter installation or repair Drainage-related concrete work Site preparation, grading, and forming Concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing Saw cutting and demolition related to concrete work Emergency or time-sensitive concrete repairs
