Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boydton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Responses to any questions/ clarification will be in the form of addenda if required. The last day for questions/clarifications shall be placed by 5:00 p.m. EST on February 20, 2026. Any questions relating to the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Aaron Chupp, Moseley Inc. at achupp@moseleydesigns.com. The Work generally consists of construction of a new public safety building including offices, secure holding areas, dispatch room, meeting rooms and other support spaces. The construction shall include all require site and utility work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Based upon a Notice to Proceed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the opening of the bid, Work included in this Contract shall be Substantially Complete no later than 730 days after the Notice to Proceed and finally complete no later than sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
