This project includes upgrading the HVAC system in the kitchen and dining areas and upgrading the lighting in the kitchen areas. The upgraded HVAC system will include new and replacement AHU's, RTU's, kitchen hood, exhaust fans, and some ductwork. The upgraded system will be BACnet integrated. The electrical work will include upgraded LED lighting in the kitchen with emergency fixtures, and new 480/277-volt panelboard. Some roof and ceiling work will be required. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing mechanical systems, installation of new packaged DX/natural gas rooftop units, retrofit of existing double island canopy kitchen hood and kitchen hood controls, LED lighting upgrades in kitchen, electrical service upgrades for new mechanical equipment, and ceiling removal/refinishing.
