Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of a Demolition of portions of the existing school, addition of an 8,000 sf Gymnasium/Auditorium, a 2,700 SF Music Room and Facilities Maintenance Areas and renovations to the schools, existing restrooms and science lab. Scopes required for this work include Demolition, Earthwork, Civil Utilities, Structural Concrete, Architectural Precast, Structural and Misc. Steel, Aluminum Storefront, Interior Architectural Casework, Gyp. Bd. Assemblies, Carpet, Paint, Tile, ACT, Asphalt, Concrete Flatwork, Landscaping, along with Fire Suppression, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Low-Voltage. Construction will begin early spring 2026 and progress through mid - 2027. RFI's to Sampson Construction Due: February 13th at 2:00 pm MST. Prior to bid day, questions can be referred to Dan.Mickelberry@Sampson-Construction.com The Owner and General Contractor shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal.
