Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a military facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,144-square-foot, one-story above grade, 0-story below grade, 32-room military facility.

Provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the demolition and site development preparation and new construction of two identical single-storey residential buildings for Canadian Armed Forces personnel. Each 1,072m² building will be complete with all required foundations, framing, roofing, building envelope, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical systems. Construct thirty-two 500 ft² suites distributed between two separate single-storey buildings. Site work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, excavation, foundations, framing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, exterior finishes, glazing, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, furnishings, doors and hardware, blinds, paving, and landscaping. Include Indigenous businesses (or eligible joint ventures) as subcontractors or suppliers as part of the Indigenous Benefits Plan. Submit responses through the Electronic Bidding System only. Only general contractors who respond will be invited to bid in the Tender Phase. This contract is subject to DCC's Procurement Code of Conduct and the requirements of applicable trade agreements. Technical plans and specifications will be provided during the Tender Phase. Bid security will be required during the Tender Phase. A contractor or supplier declared ineligible or suspended by Public Services and Procurement Canada cannot proceed to the second stage.
