This project is for construction services to perform safety repairs on the Air Traffic Control Tower at Jose Aponte Airport, Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The requirement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 236220. Proposals must include a detailed price breakdown for all contract line items, a technical narrative demonstrating understanding of requirements and approach to the work in the Statement of Work, information on three relevant projects completed in the last five years with descriptions, contract numbers, dollar values, and points of contact, as well as completed representations and certifications. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, technical capability, and past performance. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the safety repairs on the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), as specified herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with UFC 4-133-01, Air Traffic Control and Air Operations Facilities, and other applicable codes and standards. 2.2. This work shall all be done with the utmost importance and expediency to allow the Air Traffic Controllers to continue working throughout the duration of the project and/or to have the minimum downtime applied. Prefabrication shall be encouraged, and the Contractor shall be accommodated to ensure accurate measurements are obtained to support this effort
