Provides 24/7 emergency support along with regular maintenance, repairs, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and related services for commercial and industrial electrical systems. Covers all components and equipment associated with DC and AC power distribution ranging from 24 VDC and 120/240/277/480 VAC and occasionally up to 2,400 VAC, including overcurrent protection, disconnects, switchgear, wiring, branch circuit devices, panels, motor control centers, conduits, and fixtures. Includes utility pole equipment, interior and exterior lighting systems, transformers, reactors, rectifiers, regulators, power conditioning equipment, automatic transfer switches, generators, louvers, and associated equipment. Supports specialty systems such as solar and renewable energy, battery storage, fire alarm systems, building management systems, vehicular gate operations, cranes, hoists, lightning protection, electronic security systems, sensors, and cameras. Provides wiring and instrumentation for large-scale electro-mechanical equipment, fiber optic, coaxial, and ethernet cabling, and industrial control systems including relay cabinets, PLC-based systems, VFDs, soft starts, transducers, instrumentation, sensors, reactors, amplifiers, and rectifiers. Conducts inspection, testing, and commissioning of completed work and supported systems. Performs trenching and excavation for underground duct banks, conduit, and cabling. Supplies temporary power generation with connection and disconnection during emergencies. Conducts preventative maintenance such as thermographic surveys, megger testing, equipment cleaning, cabinet and lighting maintenance, and emergency lighting testing. Provides non-destructive testing including thermal imaging, insulation resistance, earth fault impedance, residual current testing, dielectric strength, VLF testing, selective power monitoring, and generator load-bank testing. Performs overcurrent protection and protective relay testing onsite or offsite. Includes minor carpentry and concrete work associated with electrical services. The Contractor furnishes all labor, specialty equipment, and materials for each BPA Call under this three-year agreement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
