The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General or Building Contractors to perform rehabilitation work on a residential home located at 2509 NE 2nd Avenue, Ocala, FL, 34470. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in strict accordance with the rehabilitation specifications, guidelines, and the Florida Building Code. Bidders must upload a completed Price Proposal and bid on all line items. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis, and the lump sum amounts must include all direct and indirect costs. Award will be made to the lowest bidder, not including optional line items, meeting all requirements outlined.
