Belding Area Schools is requesting bid proposals from qualified companies for a Contract for Custodial Services Operations. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy, signed by an authorized member of the Bidder’s company, and accompanied by a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship between the Bidder and members of the Board of Education or Superintendent. Each proposal must include a bid guarantee in the amount equal to 5% of the first year’s estimated dollar distribution to the district, payable to Belding Area Schools. All prospective Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to make investigations into Bidder's qualifications.
