Sealed bids are sought from licensed and insured general contracting companies authorized to conduct business in Florida to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the construction of a new park at 811 14th Avenue West. Bidders must submit their responses via upload within the designated online portal by the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive technicalities, re-advertise, and otherwise manage the process in the City's best interests.
