Boulder County Building Services, a Division of Public Works, is requesting bids from qualified contractors for a roof replacement at the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. The contractor shall provide a total turnkey project including all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services. Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit at the project location. Bids will not be accepted from firms not represented and signed in at the mandatory meeting and site visit. The work is to be performed at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301, with the project expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and to be completed by the end of 2026.
