The selected Proposer shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, software, programming, testing, and training necessary to provide a complete and fully operational HVAC controls system. The scope shall include, at a minimum Replacement of the existing BAS front end, controllers, network infrastructure, and associated software Integration of all existing HVAC equipment into the new BAS, including: chiller system (status, alarms, temperatures, circuit-level data), air handling units (supply, return, mixed air temperatures and humidity), VAV terminal units (space temperature control and damper operation) Reuse of existing VAV boxes where feasible, provided dampers and heating elements are functional; replacement only where necessary Full alarm monitoring for all critical HVAC components, alarm generation for out-of-range conditions, equipment failures, and communication loss, and remote alarm notification via email and/or text message to designated Authority staff Remote access to the BAS via secure web-based interface; user-friendly graphical interface (overall system summary, floor plan-based graphics, equipment-level detail screens); data trending and historical logging; expandability for future equipment and systems Point-to-point checkout of all control points, functional performance testing of sequences of operation, coordination with Hanson Professional Services Inc. for commissioning support if required by the Authority On-site training for Authority personnel, complete as-built drawings, control sequences and point lists, software licenses and documentation.
