DURATION OF THE WORK Unless otherwise decided by the PARTIES pursuant to the Contract, the Work must be carried out according to the following Schedule: Start of Work: June 1, 2026 Acceptance with reservation of the work: October 30, 2026 The noisy works were to be carried out between June 1, 2026 and August 15, 2026. Outside this period, the work must be carried out before 8:00 am. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION A tender guarantee of TEN PERCENT (10%) in one of the following forms is required: EXPERIENCE The CONTRACTOR must have carried out (started and completed) at least TWO (2) stone facade restoration projects, in the last TEN (10) years, for institutional buildings or heritage buildings.
