The work covered by this contract mainly includes inspection, cleaning, wastewater and waste management services, using qualified personnel and in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. This includes the following work: The required labor, namely an autonomous team certified in wastewater, calcite, and other waste management in accordance with environmental requirements; o Submission of the work method for approval; o Identification and preliminary inspection of drains (camera if required); o High-pressure cleaning (up to 1200 lbs); o Vacuum truck to remove sludge, calcite, and sediment; o Collection and disposal of wastewater and residual materials; o Treatment and disposal of contaminants (calcite, sludge); o Re-inspection to confirm that the drains are clean; o Preparation of a photo/video report after the intervention. As a rough guide and without obligation on the part of Hydro-Québec, the order of magnitude including options is between $100,000 and $500,000. Details: Provide proof of inspection of vehicles and all equipment to ensure compliance and/or calibration where applicable, including but not limited to: o High-resolution camera for pre/post-work inspection. o High-pressure vacuum truck for cleaning o Autonomous mobile unit with tank o Compressor o Compliant containers and tanks for waste collection. o Regulation Q-2, r. 26.1 for industrial facilities. o No chlorination. o Disinfection of wastewater in accordance with the ministerial directive: o Non-toxic methods only. o Compliant transport and disposal of sludge, calcite, and wastewater at an authorized site.
