Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of St. George is renovating the existing Firehouse Park and adding a skatepark as an amenity. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the City using the criteria contained in City ordinances governing the award of contracts. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming the City of St. George as obligee, issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and on a bond form acceptable to the City. A 100% performance – labor and materials bond will be required for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the city. Required submission documents include a bid bond, a completed online bid table, and optionally a list of major subcontractors, certificate of insurance, additional information, and certification of legal work status if not included in vendor registration.
