Sealed ELECTRONIC proposals for the work described herein will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, February 26, 2026, by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Bureau of Aeronautics, on behalf of the Secretary, authorized agent for Oconto - J. Douglas Bake Municipal Airport, in accordance with Wis. Stat. 114.32(3). Bids must be submitted via the bidexpress.com bidding service. No paper bids will be accepted.
