Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Staunton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work includes all necessary tasks at the Staunton Water Treatment Plant to demolish an existing fluoride tank, concrete containment area, and chemical feed piping, and to construct a new fluoride tank, concrete containment area, and chemical feed piping. Additional work as indicated in the contract documents is also part of the project. For all requirements related to bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. All access to the Site other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner contact for visiting the Site: Michael Faulkner, Sr. Project Manager, (540) 448-3576 faulknerms@ci.staunton.va.us. Bidder must conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours.
